Virtual Postpartum Support Services
There are so many new things to get used to with a new baby. It's a whole new world. And with the current pandemic situation, it can be even more difficult to know what to do and what is normal as many of the supports we had counted on are changing. Rapidly. Maybe your mom or sister can no longer come and help you with your newborn. You may not want to come out of the house to protect yourself and your baby.
Let me support you virtually through video chats, email, phone and text.

I don't agree with the term social distancing - what we really need is physical distancing while continuing social contact. This is especially important in the already socially isolated postpartum period. Sometimes, you just need to know what is normal or not, and to validate mood swings and emotions that a new Mom can go through getting used to a new baby. I'd like to help keep you company and provide some gentle advice to increase your confidence in your own natural instincts as a mother.
