  • FCSS - Parent Link - drop in play periods for 0-6 yr olds and their parents/caregivers.  Available in Lacombe, Red Deer, Blackfalds, Ponoka, Rimbey and Wetaskiwin.  Call your local community for program details. 
  • FCSS - Happy Families - Personal visits and help with new babies and adjusting to new family life. Can help with community resources, child development and postpartum depression.  Referral required.
  • Mommy Connections – Mommy Connections introduces new moms and prenatal moms to programs and services available within their neighborhood.  Weekly classes for prenatal, postnatal and moms with toddlers.  Red Deer – [email protected], 403 596-2249.
  • Enhanced Services for Women - Designed to reach women who need help for a substance abuse problem or mental health concern during pregnancy or after birth.  The emotional experience throughout pregnancy and after delivery is different for every woman. Hormones, sleep, nutrition and stress can all impact your ability to cope and feel like yourself again.   This service is available in Red Deer for all women in Central Alberta.  Everything is entirely confidential.
